Looks like seats will be done by the weekend. Nice progress.
I do not know about ya'll but I can now taste:
1. First Hebert's Brisket of the football season
2. First Beer tailgating
3. Best Stop Boudin
4. Jambalaya
5. Upgraded facility feel
6. 1st victory of many this year!
AAeeeeeeeee!!!!!! Geaux Cajuns!
I'm surprised a lot of the food trucks around town don't post up for tailgating. I could see them making some money.
I think there is a no vendor rule for tailgating, but with the advent of food trucks (like you say) I think a vendor row would be a great idea. Wipe the old rule off the deck and make some money for UL.
Food trucks will go to festivals for $400 and up up up for the right to grab a spot.
The new use may be locked in but now that the RVs are moving from Gator Cove to the North End zone, this would be a good spot for Vendor Row.
jmo
People cook way too much food to have to buy it during tailgating...it would be a waste and the food trucks would quit coming. Now inside the stadium gates...where no one can cook but approved vendors...it makes sense.
Looks like they have a full section of bleachers installed and moving on to the next one rather quickly.
