    Although I can't remember looking at them this last season they have traditionally been located on the levee retainer walls of each endzone. To the right of the pumps on the tunnel end.

    Play clocks are located at field level to the right of the goal post as seen from the field.

    The problem with most peoples idea of uptown NOLA is the FACT they fail to realize a half a block away from enormous wealth reside some of the most poor, and criminal elements in the city. Muggins, and forceable rapes are not news in this area.

    The university daily has over 20K students and workers within the confines so perhaps there is a way to convert that to parking.

    That is likely common knowledge to a professional in that field such as yourself. Unfortunately the university releases these conceptual drawing and presents them as being the product they will deliver.

    There was a release from the Toolame admin showing a designated tailgate area on a campus quad. I am not familiar enough with the campus to say how close it is to the stadium, what the capacity is nor parking availability.
