How many have a tradition that goes back to 1906 and 1917 ? (that I could verify)

    Don't bother Turbine.

To way too many people these days, Tradition is like Kryptonite.

There can be no Tradition. Tradition is to be defeated, everywhere.

Can they just use the old pump station to build a director stand for the band? Seems like that would be the best plausible use. . .

Granted when you have an almost 100% institutional turnover rate every 5 years, it is even harder, unless the tradition is institutionalized.

I don't like cannons. Traditions are OK, but only if they are loved or revered. Nothing to revere about a cannon blast, and either you DO love it or you DON'T. Simply put I do not like cannon blast here or TAMU or anywhere else regardless of how long they been doing it.

One tradition I would like to see started at Cajun Field is the serving of Boudin.

It is a travesty that this isn't already in place.

Each side of the stadium should have a Boudin kiosk. The different companies that make Boudin around Acadiana could bid for the right to host that weekend.

It would be so, so awesome.

  7. This is so COOL Re: Is that a construction cam?

I like boudin but you want a bunch of mouths chewing after a score. LOl.

I bought boudin at the last home game I went to

So this is your canonical stance.

Well so far, no boudin and no cannon. What's next that we don't want.

Or have a different boudin offering in each corner of the field.

We need to see some activity on that phase by at least mid May. They may have already started some of the foundation and dirt work but it's hard to tell from the construction cam.

It depends if they have a drainage system to tie into. If not they they will need a small one. It would not need to be as big as the existing one.
