Should Beer be sold at The Swamp?

Please define "next year", is that 2009 or 2010?

All for cold beer, but I would like to see them discontinue sales during the game at some prudent point...

After a few shots of Jager those girls are drop dead gorgeous. I haven't touched the stuff since college. Got tired of trying to find my car the next day. Perhaps the girls could also be asking donations for the RCAF while serving the Jager!

The NCAA rule is that no alcohol may be sold at a sporting event which is ON CAMPUS.

Hawai'i plays at Aloha Stadium, and thus serves beer. Same for Tulane, Miami, etc. Apparently Houston's stadium is technically "off campus" so they can get away with it. I don't know where I might find that specific rule, but that's my understanding.

I assume your stadium is on campus but I could be wrong.

I don't think that is an NCAA rule. Heck I know Tigue Moore Field is on campus plus at UNO the Lakefront Arena and the old Chamber of Horrors. Just a couple of on campus places I've enjoyed a nice cold few.

Houston's stadium in right in the middle of their campus. We have a split campus with the athletic complex and research facilities separated from the main campus.

I think this is what you were thinking of.
