As soon as Garry gets inside players that can counterbalance others in the league, he'll own this conference. They proved last year and this year, they are a tournament team, they only need a little bit more personnel and they'll win it.

I don't know about own the conference, but if he gets some athletic bigs the women will make the NCAA's more often than the men.
