Former Cajun basketball teammates Dwayne Mitchell and Michael Southall have been reunited on the Los Angeles Lakers' summer-league team in Las Vegas.

Mitchell is averaging 7.0 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.0 steals in four games off the bench for the 2-2 Lakers. The 6-foot-5 guard is the team's second-best shooter at .643 percent from the floor.
