As a Wrecking Ram myself I hope like heck this young man, can see the direction of Louisiana, with all that has been done in the past 7 years with facilities and past 3 with Hud and company. In the next week UL will break ground on Tier 1 of 3, with fundraising to begin right away for Tier 2 the largest portion of the 3. He could help with the continued success of Louisiana HIS home town University!

Is it phase one or tier one? I thought we were attempting to reach tier one status as a academic standard for the university ratings.

I keep seeing tier one on this board for the athletic upgrades, but do not recall the master plan using that reference.

This is Phase 1a.......Phase 1b would be the rest of the Football Stadium and the Baseball Stadium

Because of grades and laziness. Hopefully his work ethic is improved
