tailgating spots for football season

Ive been trying for a couple seasons now to get a paid tailgating spot , ive sent in the correct paperwork etc but have yet to get any response at all. Does anyone know if these spots can be purchased from someone already owning them and if so any idea except for a spot ad in a local paper how i could get any info on this ? thanks in advance for your help guys.

Call Parking & Transit at UL. I don't know the number right off hand, but you can ask for Kennan. Used to work with the guy during my tenure at UL. He's the Assistant Director.
