I got a few student buddies together, and we developed a plan to save 2-3 beers a weekend that we would usually drink and put em in the back of the fridge and hopefully by the time football season rolls around, that will be one less thing for us to buy.
Do it, but make sure you pay attention to those expiration dates, nothing is worse than wasting perfectly good beer. As for me, my beer taste is a little more expensive than most of yalls. I drink alot of imports like Newcastle, guinness, and warsteiner, but on a game day, I like a good hoffbrau or hoegarden heffe.

Man, that just got me thinking about beer. I haven't gotten pretty drunk in a few months, and since I finish school on Thursday for good, this weekend I fully intend on drinking until I unlearn everything that I learned in college. Celebration time is now here!

I like your style.. haha. I am a fan of the newcastle and hoegarden but only in a bar setting, always relaxing to sit down at a bar and watch a game and put down some imports. But game days I am a budlight fan. And dont worry we will not waste beer, if the expiration dates arrive then well just have to drink em..

Homebrew dudes and dudettes...once the euipment is bought, you're looking at about $25 for about 50-60 beers...WooHoo! (and you won't have to skimp on taste)

I tried that my freshman year and the person who brewed it, must have been a newbie because it forever ruined my taste for homebrewed beer. But i do agree that if you know how to make it the right way then, with prices on the rise in just about everything, that seems to be the best way to go. and as you said, once the equipment is bought, and last i checked it wasn't the cheapest thing in the world.
