Wasn't at a computer yesterday, wondering where the love was for the Ladies here on RP. I was following the score on my cell (posting is a disaster from my phone), the women jumped on South Al for the first 10 minutes, fell behind, did not lead again for the rest of the game, but furiously clawed back to a tie in the last seconds of regulation.

    In overtime, blew 'em out.

That's gutsy. It shows what these girls are made of, and what Brodhead is building here. GREAT win.

If Coach Broadhead can find two more solid perimeter shooters and an athletic post player this team will be good.

We also had 3 girls that have started games out last night. Kiki Veal, Robbie Brown and Jasmin Mills all out because of injuries. Kiki was freshman of the year last, Jasmin is our tallest girl at 6'1" and Robbie is our best rebounder in my opinion.

-----------And I sit here and still wonder how B-Head didn't get the job over Errol on that changing of the staffs!!! I know that Errol was also an alumnus but had nowhere near the accomplishments as a HC as B-Head----I am happy fro coach as he surely paid his dues for the years at McNeese----Now find a 4 1/2 and a true 5!!!! LOL

True, I didn't take that into account. Just having one of those three would have helped.

Keke & Jasmin are done for the season, Robbie should be cleared for Wednesday.
