How to put someone on ignore?

Please someone point me in the direction.

1) Click on their name above the post that went to far.

2) Click "View Profile"

3) Click "Add to ignore"

ps Some of their posts will slip through (in the form of a quote) if they are quoted by someone not on ignore.
