Yep! Lamar would be a great addition. He could easily recruit Central Texas.

According to people I know, Etheridge is a good recruiter. But so is Jaluke and Rob Sale. Adding another good recruiter like Lamar Morgan would make the loss of Etheridge a wash. They have recruiting contacts in different areas.

Lamar Morgan is a good coach and recruiter. He's well respected, has recruiting contacts in Texas. We lose some recruiting contacts in Alabama and gain a few in Texas. To me its a wash and more importantly apparently Coach Napier believed he is a fit for his staff.
