With thoughts of the upcoming Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft on his mind, Danny Farquhar spent Wednesday afternoon playing golf with friends in his hometown of Pembroke Pines, Fla. “If I wasn’t golfing with my friends I’d be all stressed out right now,” said UL’s junior right-hander. “I’m just doing what I can to relax.” Farquhar has prepared himself for the stress of playing professional baseball. Yes I think they emphasize "heat" way too much! Look at some of the best and least injured pitchers, Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine, Jamie MOyer, NO HEAT!
