How will parking work for basketball? Do we need to get tickets early? I have seen all the get your tickets early talk for baseball but not basketball.

I'm not aware of any basketball games this weekend.

I know basketball can't be moved because it is on CST... But, I wonder if baseball could start at 11 or noon instead of 1:00???

I hear ya, I will probably not make baseball on Sunday because of the basketball game being senior day.

As a fan and an alumnus, I have been doing extra work and making sacrifices since 1973, including hundreds of hours of uncompensated volunteer work at the UL athletic facilities, season tickets in both football and basketball and RCAF membership at the All Cajun level, in the hope of someday seeing my University achieve 'big time' status, a status we have not yet reached largely because of the 'Ray' mentality of most of the people who are in a position to effect real positive change.

I won't be at the Tigue, because I am not a baseball fan; but I still don't think you should be inconvenienced for the benefit of the Mardi Gras association.

And yes, I am done with this thread.

Seriously dude? All this and you don't even go to games. If you did, you would understand that our baseball and softball fanbase are different than football and basketball. The loyalty runs deep. We don't need a double digit win streak to show up. I now feel extremely disrespected as you have no idea what you are talking about and started a ____ing contest when you have no dog in the fight. Dare I ask now when basketball or football play second fiddle in the fashion you are _____ing about? Otherwise you are _____ing just to _____. Get over yourself. You're not the only one who's put the time and effort in. I'm much younger than you but this is the best time in my lifetime for UL athletics and I'm enjoying the hell out of it!

WOW..... Alabama comes in for a three game series and we are having a ______ing contest over parking? Over the past 29 years I've faced Mardi Gras and Cajun athletics on multiple accounts. I face worse in five o'clock traffic every day in Lafayette.

Did anyone miss.....Alabama.....three games ......at the Tigue! Mardi Gras in my opinion is a bonus.
