Plenty of room for both, just needs to be rearranged a little.

If this was a new thing...I could see a little difficulty in dealing with this...but my god...how long has this thing been going at Cajun Field? I'm 32 going on 33...I cannot remember a year when the major Lafayette parades didn't end at Cajun Field in addition to the Mardi Gras fair being there also. I even remember hearing multiple times Jay Walker calling games where he has to shout over the cops that signal the start of the parade...we aren't reinventing any wheels here. This is ho hum...time to do this again type of stuff.
Wait, I have an idea... why don't we have a bingo or maybe a cake sale to raise money.
My point was that inconveniencing your fans has a huge negative impact on your long term future bottom line. Plus, I would be willing to bet that exactly zero of the funds derived from Mardi Gras, or the Fair, or the car show goes to athletics.
Mardi Gras cost us a home NIT game one year, and caused the cancellation of the Basketball tournament we used to have every December.
So, I'm a season ticket holder, I got another set of tickets for the series for the wife. Wondering if I will have any problems showing only one ticket to park (with the two of us in the car), as hers will be will call. I suppose not, but any thoughts?
Hasn't been a problem for me in the past. They just want to know if you have a ticket. There have also been similar conflicts for softball. It really isn't a big deal. Show your ticket when you pull in. Note exactly a big burden. I personally like it as it just adds a little extra flair to the weekend. I'm sure our visitors will get a kick out of it and if they have to pay to park they won't realize that it is out of the norm anyway.
Will students be able to use their IDs for the series?
