Starter Tonight: Brignac or Bourgeois

brittany pitched the first time we played them and we lost 1-0, ashley pitched the second game and we won 3-2 in extra innings.

if it was my decision, i would go with donna. they haven't seen her yet, but we need to score some runs early to help any of our pitchers relax and do what they do best.

I'd probably go with Donna. But that's why they're there and I'm here. I trust the Lotiefs more than any coach of any team I've been a fan of. They know what they're doing (hope I didn't say that right before we get blasted).

Does anyone have any thoughts or know the reason given as to why Cuevas wasn't redshirted, especially since she missed some time early, and you dont really "need" three pitchers. I know it was a little of a surprise how well Bourgeois did, but....if you alternated the red shirts we would have some combo of these phenoms for five years instead of four.

Also we need to sacrifice better....

She played too many games to red-shirt, and early in the season they did not know how well Brignac and Bourgeois would be.
