Just beat the #1 team in the country that had only lost 3 games all year.

My thought was to whether our better hitting could overcome their slightly better pitching. Turns out we both OUT-HIT... AND... OUT-PITCHED THE #1 TEAM IN THE COUNTRY! WOW!

I remember some coach of a team down the road mentioning that this team "might" be able to compete in the SEC!!!!

How about possibly winning the SEC, we took down LSU, we beat Florida.

By the time we play tomorrow night we will be one of only 6 teams left in the tournament. For those of you keeping score that makes us the top 2% of all softball teams.

Possibly a rematch of Texas A&M vs UL. Earlier in the season we split with them Britnay Cruevas lost a 1-0 game and Ashley Brignac won a 2-1 game.

I don't care who wins between Va Tech and A&M, bring either of them on!!!!!

One step closer to a National Championship!!!!

One negative thing to say, and anybody who watched will agree. We got no respect from the ESPN announcers during game. _

I totally disagree. They gave us a world of praise. And for once the close calls went our way even though they should have, we usually get screwed by blue, and the zebra.

Not to be the defender of Yvette or anything, but I think her comments were definately meant to be a compliment (I don't think she said "might," did she?) Much like her "red team" comment, alot of people on this board took her comments and blew them out of proportion.

Let's enjoy this moment and not bring up LSU stuff.
