The Eunice City Ccouncil has cleared the way for a proposed 11-house subdivision on the recently abandoned Marjorie Street extension, just north of Maple Avenue, between 13th Street and Viola Street.

The city officially abandoned the dirt road centered on the open lot in order to move forward with the sale and development of the property.
