Unbelievable. Praise God for such a miraculous recovery.
Just my 2 cents...
Believe me, as I am an ICU RN in Lafayette, I have had many patients with his condition. Some of these patients do not have such good outcomes...young to old, if they survive...the rehab following an incident like his can be rough.
it is amazing to see the progress, sometimes small steps is BIG progress...the brain is a very sensitive organ and does not tolerate much interruption (bleeding, swelling, extra fluid, etc...) so to see him rebound and potentially play MLB again would be extraordinary for sure.
*sniff*
