Xavier Rimmer drained a go-ahead 3-pointer with 11.6 seconds remaining and Elfrid Payton forced a turnover on Texas State's final possession as the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns erased a 12-point deficit in the second half and claimed a 67-66 victory over the Bobcats in a Sun Belt Conference game on Saturday at Strahan Coliseum.

I thought the Texas St announcers did a very fair job, and once they got over an awkward early moment Louisiana just flowed like milk and honey. Oh, yea great job by Rimmer throughout the game. He was a big reason we won this game.

Xavian needs to be more aggessive. At times he just does not look for his shot enough, especially after he misses one or two. Like Brad Boyd once said, you miss every shot you do not take.

Brad never saw a shot not worth the risk of missing. LOL

Rimmer needs to somehow get to the line more. If EP had his free throw percentage we might not have a loss, and he might be number one in free throw attempts as he is third and missing the front end of one and one often.
