z, it is of course not good timing to advise that you don't like women's collegiate sports right after your team just got beat in a bitter rivalry situation, and i see grounds for the lol.

but myself, for example, tho' i very much wanted the lady tigers to win the regional, took the loss[es] not hard at all. in my 50+ years, i've attended gillions of lsu f'ball games, tons of men's b'ball games, and a goodly number of baseball games. grew up in b.r. as a tiger fan, attended for two degrees, and have since followed the aformentioned sports rabidly in my 27 years here. in my whole life, i've never attended a women's b'ball game, never a volleyball game, never a gymnastics meet, never a women's tennis match [men either], never a golf tourney [men or women], never a soccer game, never a swimming/diving meet, and never a softball game. have made a few track meets, including an ncaa or two. i want the tigers to do well in all those sports, but have no emotional investment in them. i think that's what the poster might have been trying to say, inartful tho' it may have been.

Obviously you have never attended a college softball game. More enjoyable than a baseball game any day.

Hell if she catches either of the two foul balls she drops we mercy rule them.

Yea, but nobody ever accused LSU fans of having any sense of reality or decency. Had he followed the thread he would have seen that there were plenty of softball fans until it was clear they probably were not going to win, and they SOLD their golden seats to the folks in red. That is what the tread is about, not if you do or do not follow a sport.

Sir, I do understand where you are coming from. Problem is, seeing how clown coteau has been a pot stirrer around these parts before, it is safe to say that had LSU won, he would have been the first a.ss on this board running his mouth. Therefore, I feel my response was justified.... afterall, we all know lsu does not lose to UL in anything. Its easier for some(coteau clown) to blow it off as opposed to comig to terms with the fact that you just got "skull drug" by a team from a school with a total athletic budget of 8 million.

These posts you make...are these billable hours?
