NBC Olympics, a division of the NBC Sports Group today announced that Microsoft’s Windows Azure Media Services_is chosen to use to publish and stream all 98 events of the 2014 Sochi Winter Games, through Feb. 23._This_involves managing more than 1,000 hours of streaming coverage across devices. Millions of users can access live and on-demand content by using NBCOlympics.com,_free NBC Sports Live Extra app, available for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Windows 8 and Windows RT devices.
