Can those with scripts to Scout, Rivals, etc. post where this class is ranked?

This could be HUD's best class.

Looking at it as a whole, it should provide some great size and depth on both lines. That's where any good class Should start.

I agree, this may be the cornerstone class on which Hud takes it to another level. He isbringing in a ton of beef...literally. This is where football games are won. Also a lot of the guys listed as WR will play DB. Last dont forget about the LB depth that was signed this year. Hud and his staff get it done again in 2014. GEAUX CAJUNS!

Does this kind of selective recruiting lower the class rating, taking players you need rather than the best athletes available?

Recruiting rankings for mid majors are almost meaningless. Buckley had an article on our 2011 class in Sunday's paper. It was rated No. 99 by some services. I guarantee there are not 99 schools that brought in better talent than a group which included Terrance Broadway, Alonzo Harris, Jamal Robinson, Harry Peoples, Christian Ringo, and Juice Hamilton. Rankings based on stars simply go by how many BCS schools offered a guy. As far as this year's class goes, Gabe Fuselier was rated the 119th player in Louisiana. I can also guarantee that there are not 118 better players in Louisiana than a guy who tore it up at our camp last summer. He simply is rated low because he committed to us early. Same thing happened to us with Tyrell Fenroy a few years back. He was a 3 star than dropped to 2 when he committed to us.
