Louisiana head football coach Mark Hudspeth and the three-time defending New Orleans Bowl champion Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns football team invite fans to celebrate the start of another season when the Cajuns host the annual Ragin' Cajuns Football National Signing Day party, which is presented by Gulf Coast Bank, on Wednesday, Feb. 5 starting at 5:00 p.m. in the Leon Moncla Indoor Practice Facility.
