UL picked up a huge recruiting commitment tonight, getting a verbal pledge from 6-foot-3, 290-pound defensive lineman LaDarius Kidd.

The product of Harrison Central High in Gulfport, Miss., committed to Texas Tech late last month, but the Ragin’ Cajuns were able to flip him.
