Seaweeds like nori, wakame, kombu, arame, and dulse are rich sources of antioxidants, vitamins, and essential minerals that the ocean imparts into them. I was particularly interested in the iodine seaweeds pack. I eat a lot of raw brassica vegetables, so getting enough iodine is important to maintain thyroid health.
