I would LOVE to land the GMAC Bowl, but I don't see it happening. That article hints that the bowl is wanting to secure a BCS conference. IMO, that is just retarded. The SEC, ACC, Big East, etc all have too many tie-ins. When a 6-6 SEC team gets a bid over an 8-4 Sun Belt team, something is just not right.

TDC, the probelm with your analysis is that there's still WAY too many people out there who honestly believe an SEC team with a 1-11 record will always beat ANY non-bcs school with a 12-0 record.
