One small square wasnt working then halfway through the HR Derby, a big panel (maybe 1/6 of screen) stopped working too. Then they turned it off and rebooted it but they never put it back up.
This is what it looked like at the beginning

Somebody I work with told me over the summer it was struck by lightning during a tournament that was held at the tigue. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. He was there watching his son when it happened.
When UL refurbished the old football scoreboard everyone "now" knows it was money down the drain. The bright spot then, was the company who sold the software and did the refurb would be at UL in two days if there was a problem. Once the refurb warranty was up the board was done, couldn't afford the regularly priced maintenance.
Point being, whoever sold UL a "NEW" scoreboard should provide no less service than the old scoreboard received.
Should still be covered under the one year parts and labor warranty, right?
