LSU's ace pitcher has been out for about three weeks but I am sure she will be ready for this weekends regional. If we continue to hit and manufacture runs we will win this regional. If the bats go cold the it will be up to pitching and defense. I hope Soto has a monster weekend and sticks it to her former team mates.

If you're gonna beat em', you gotta beat em when they're full strength.

If you look at the bracket as a whole, we got a pretty good draw overall.
Plus we are playing close to home.

I say that let's worry about ECU first.

For what it is worth, and not that it matters at all, but UL has a winning record vs the teams that they played that are in the NCAA tournament.

La Tech--Cajuns defeated them twice early in the season on the road 13-0 and 8-3

MVSU--Cajuns defeated them twice early in the season at home 15-0 and 9-0

North Carolina--Cajuns defeated them early in the season on a neutral site 7-1

Iowa--Cajuns lost to them at a neutral site early in the season 1-2

Michigan--Cajuns lost to them twice, once early in the season and once middle of the season both oat a neutral site 0-9 and 2-7

Texas A&M--Cajuns split with them in College Station in the middle of the season losing 0-1 then winning 2-1

BYU--Cajuns defeated BYU at a neutral site in the middle of the season 7-4

Arizona State--Cajuns lost to them in the middle of the season at a neutral site 1-3

Arizona--Cajuns lost to them in the middle of the season at a neutral site 0-2

Houston--Cajuns split with them late in the season in Houston losing 0-2 in game 1 and then winning 4-0 in game two.

    Overall outscored these opponents 69-34.
At Home outscored opponents 24-0, with a 2-0 record
On the road outscored opponents 27-6 with a 4-2 record
At a neutral site were outscored 18-28 with a 2-5 record
