Sentencing of former St. Landry Parish School Board member Quincy Richard, who sought a bribe for his vote in the board superintendent selection, has been re-set for Tuesday. It was originally scheduled for Feb. 7.
Richard was convicted in August of the 2012 crimes of bribery, aiding and abetting bribery and conspiracy to commit bribery.
He faces up to 10 years on each of two bribery-related charges and up to five years on a conspiracy count.
