Robert Lee Golf Tournament
I posted the following on the Scout board this evening. As some of you may not visit there often I copied/pasted the note here to insure you all see it. CajunsMike

CajunT, Danny Guilliot, and myself had lunch with Coach Lee and Jennifer Miller (tournament director) today. At such time, I made out a $1000 check for a LouisianaScout.com sponsorhip in the Robert Lee Celebrity Golf Tournament. Danny's company, Star Measurement, is a $200 sponsor. Both Coach Lee and Jennifer were very appreciative of our support and asked we pass this appreciation on to all who participated. In fact, Jennifer asked if I could collect the addresses of all of you who donated. I imagine she wants to send a personal thank you. Unfortunately, I did not keep the envelopes when I opened your checks. Therefore, I request those of you who helped out to please post your address here and I will forward these on to her. Note, I will send the check for the RaginPagin contribution once I collect donations from MetryCajun, Rhineaux, and CajunExpress. I know you guys have sent them. They just have not shown up in my mail as of yet. Finally, I want to pass on a personal thank you to each of you as you all know Cajun Basketball is something I have a passion for. To give you an idea how much these funds are needed consider that the Cajun recruiting budget for basketball is $32000 per year. Guess what it was when Coach Lee first started here as an assistant 12 years ago. If you said 32 grand you would be right. I have a sneaking suspicion things cost a little more than 12 years ago. We have to improve this in order to compete with WKU which spends over 70 grand annually on basketball recruiting. Therefore, once again, I offer a very sincere thank you to all the guys who helped out with this.
