Robe was making the very argument I was saying most on the "foul" side are making, that the ball had already moved beyond the edge of the base before it crossed over it in the air. There is no dispute that the ball initially landed in play.

This is why I always ask are you an Alum cause this cat clearly isnt an alum. Last time I checked the box score, it was 2 errors, unless you count the umps error. Thanks for proving my point dude.

of course i have heard of it. but that deals with knowing the field. knowing if there are little bumps in the grass to watch out for when running. knowing how the ball bounces off the walls. knowing how the ball bounces when landing on the edge of the grass and dirt.

i've coached and played in plenty of games that seemed like the umpire was making bad calls against the home team as well. now if i hear one of my players complaining that we lost because of the umpires, i will correct them and say that we shouldn't have been in the position to let an umpire decide the game for us anyways.

we had double digit strikeouts last night!!!! if we would get the bat on the ball, WE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN IN THE POSITION TO LET THE UMPIRE DECIDE THE OUTCOME!!!

I get what youre saying and maybe we arent clear here. So he hits the ball, yeah it bounces in play, but before the bag it hit foul. Is that the foul side argument. If so Im with it.

Only 2 errors happened in the 5th. The other error was on Glass when he missed the ball and it went in the dugout but no runs happened on that exchange.

The ball only hit the ground once in the whole argument, which was in play. It didn't hit again until much farther away. The foul side of the argument is that when the ball was in the air it did not pass over the edge of the base. The "fair" side of the argument says it passed over the corner of the base while in the air. Where the ball physically hit the ground (after it initially landed in as you've conceded) has nothing to do with either argument.

But didn't you say that there were only two errors and to go check the box score, Good one buddy!!!!

    No argument for you. NEXT!!!

We might as well give up tlsu, this could go on for hours
