So I am getting it now, and actually since the tip off. I get the same software provider to UL and the picture for us sucks big time. I thought maybe it was a virus in my computer or an update. So same software good at Troy, bad at Louisiana for months. Why am I not surprised. Every time I complain I get SideArms and they say all they do is provide the software to UL, and offer me a refund. Seems like they are saying talk to UL or take your money back.

Hell I don't even know who to complain to at LA.
