Sharp has announced a new 15.6-inch Windows 8.1 tablet called RW-16G1. It is powered by Intel Core i5-4200U CPU, 4GB of RAM and 128GB SSD. The main highlight of the machine is the 3200X1800 QHD+ IGZO display. As you expect, it is also a touchscreen with stylus support. Its a 2.7-pound, 0.5-inch thick tablet and it offers a battery life of upto 9 hours. It also includes a Mini DisplayPort, 3 USB 3.0 ports and a SD card slot. On the networking side, it has IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 support and NFC too. The device will go on sale in March with unknown price tag. Sharp is clearly targeting professionals and developers with this unit. Source: Sharp
