Looking for a parking spot on UL's campus? The answer to that question is usually laughable.
But starting at 6 a.m. Monday, 400 spots will be available in the university's first parking garage on the corner of St. Mary and Taft streets.
The $6 million project has been under construction for the past two years after delays, including a redesign because of rising construction costs.
Even after it was built, the garage faced more delays - most recently the installation of more than 40 security cameras.
