Since the equipment is rented I figure they want to finish ASAP to avoid additional rental costs.

I wonder if they can get a concrete truck through the tunnel. If not they will have to pump. I guess if they work at night I won't find out.
Passed by for lunch today, and they have the concrete poured over the gravel bed for about half the path around the stadium wall, and the rest looked to be formed up awaiting concrete. Didn't see anyone working, so I'm assuming they have some halt in the process. They did have a dozer working on spreading the dirt on the second outdoor practice field.

I checked the statium feed last night, based on a previous posting that they saw lights, and I could slightly make out the field area with several vehicles. When checking before at night, the screen would be totally blacked out. So, I'm assuming, there must be some activity going on during the night hours.

Always looks like it is aimed at the stars to me. If you saw the field it wasn't because of a full moon. http://stardate.org/nightsky/moon/

Would not show shots of field. Will try again on another post. Yes they are working at night and not during the day.

Looks like they are placing concrete for the student side perimeter this morning (6/6) and they can get a concrete truck through the tunnel.

Nice job with the pictures! Im sure once this phase is complete, the work will carry on at a quicker pace... laying the fill dirt and etc. should go pretty fast...

This might be a better view of the pictures in a slideshow format. You can control it.

is it just the angle, or has the field been built up some. the wall looks mighty short now in the photos

I think the cement sidewalk is wider than it looks, causing the wall to look shorter.

Actually they took out a large amount of soil. Mostly to take some of the crown out of the middle.

The cement walk is about 10' wide. They dug out the foundation, put in drains and covered it with stone, formed it and poured cement. The wall is the same hight give or take a few inches. After they finish the cement things should go at a faster pace.
