Nope, we cannot use University of Louisiana without the city tag. When can use Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns on any uniform,etc; it is not violating the word of the law. I hope this goofball spends all of his time and money contacting the Board of Regents.

Ok seriously guys, let's get over this thing. We are the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (not a big deal). We aren't supposed to use the name University of Louisiana without adding the Lafayette moniker, however there is no problem with having the state name on jerseys, football fields, whatever. It does not say University of Louisiana in the endzones, it says Louisiana in the endzones. Completely cool, just representing the state.

Like I have beeeeen saying, can't wait to see the finished result.

I'm saying a combination of both. The concrete never gets washed, the moisture down there creates slime or something on the cement. I cannot tell you how many times I've almost busted my butt slipping on that stuff going down to march pregame.

Keep in mind that they center the entire word dimension wise. Just because there is an "ISI" in the middle of the word doesn't mean that the "S" is the exact center and that it should be exactly in the middle of the endzone. Also the camera angle and quality does not give a correct visual.

Also, the beginnning letter "L" is straight up and down on the left side and the ending letter "A" is diagonal on the right side, so this will make the space between the sideline and the lettering look larger on the right side.

These workers know what they are doing, just wait to see the field in person.

_ I'm catching a wiff of it, and I'm getting really hungry. I'm pleased with the look of the field. Yep... it's a fact... the vivid colors of the field are going to dramatically amplify the contrasting drab colors in the rest of the stadium. It's just like with life... when you fix one flaw... it just makes the next flaw rise in priority. _

I've often said life is like an elaborate game of whack-a-mole.
