Couldn't agree more. Guess some things are personal.

He inherited the worlds slowest moving marketing train, yes it is an uphill battle, but by putting La Louisiane in charge of "athletic marketing" he put the train in reverse on a steep mountain.

Check out OU's branding procedures www.ou.edu/brand.html
    I had the same thought.

I agree with Jay. LA would have been the best choice as a two letter designation.

Jay said yesterday on his show that we would be out the rest of the week. He didn't say for what but I believe the basketball road schedule is picking up

The END of the rope? Chumps like me are at the end of the rope. Jay has worked his way to the middle of the rope and has one hand firmly wrapped around the rope and the other hand reaching for the throat of the guy trying to take the rope away ....

Especially since the SBC has accepted our official nickname as "Louisiana Ragin Cajun's"!!! LA seems like a no brainer to me. It meets all the SBC criteria and is simply the short version of Louisiana which the SBC and UL say is an acceptable reference.

Like Trump says, "We'll be meeting in the board room tonight and somebody will be fired"....And my opinion is that this is why no one has heard anything out of El Presidente about this mess. Someones head will roll soon, then we'll hear from El Presidente, not before.

The University of Louisiana, Louisiana's university @ Lafayette
