We need Hud to move on, and NOT be the coaching graveyard, but not this year, and maybe even next. If it happening for Hud from here it almost has to be in the next two to three years.

We need to lose that moniker. ASU sent Benny Ellender up in the seventies to TooLame. To bad for him he did not realize he was taking a step down.

----ASU was very very good at the time Ellender was there---but I called him on a talk show one Sunday when he had gotten the Tulane job and he actually answered my question concerning who had the better athletes---His answer was Ark. ST.

No, we don't need to lose a good coach, ever. There is no glory in saying your coach left for a bigger better job. If that's what makes someone feel better about our program, then something is wrong. If it happens, then it happens, and it's out of our control, but to wish for it, is crazy. It's not the measuring stick of where your program is at. If Coach Hud keeps this program on the upswing, and continues to improve it, then that's all that matters. The rest will take care of itself.
