No, we cant get past the fact that our AD didn't even try especially when we see that Tech got in on a pure con job. Kudos to the Tech AD for pulling it off.

I have no idea what Tulane would do or not do. But one thing I do know is that Tulane only has 1 vote.

Jer, that assumes the Acadiana delegation will put its weight behind UL. Honestly, I don't think they've done that very often, if at all.

Here is what that scenario would look like.

AAC Members - 11 members in 2014; 12 members in 2015 - UCONN, Cincy, Temple, ECU, Memphis, Tulane, Houston, SMU, Tulsa, USF, UCF, Navy (If Navy still joins in 2015 - is not the same conference Navy joined before all the teams left for the ACC)

If all members stay, add 2 teams - Louisiana and Ark State - for a 14 team conference.

East - UCONN, Cincy, Templr, ECU, USF, UCF, Navy
West - Houston, SMU, Tulsa, Tulane, Memphis, Louisiana, Ark State

If Navy doesn't join, add Marshall.

If UCONN and Cincy bolt for a P5 conference, add two teams from CUSA East.
