I walked into the Tigue each game and saw "Warhawks and Cajuns" on the scoreboard. Every single game, LOUISIANA is listed as the home team. Who didn't have the balls to do it for the Monroe series?
Also, the play on the field wasn't great either.

39 runs given up in 3 games.
Wow, where is our pitching?
We have to do better than this, if we expect to do anything.
Yes the pitching is not going to get better this season in my opinion. Going to 5 games a week is going to crush our arms for the weekend. We are going to have to hope that mid-week guys throw strong to save arms. I dont know the answer to the problem, but with 11.7 scholarships it is going to get tougher and tougher with 5 games a week to get 5 quality starters. Nobody in the country has that. I was watching an interview during the week on TV and coach Van Horn(i think it was him) said the same thing. He mentioned that coaches are going to have to commit themselves in the recruiting process to either pitching or hitters. He foresees it being an issue with the amount of games during a weeks time because of the start date. He is coaching in one of the top conferences in country so what do you think is going to happen to mid majors acrossthe country? However, the only good thing is that everyone else is going to have to go through it.
