Nolan Gisclair delivered again in front of his home crowd.

After tying three career highs in his last home game, Gisclair played the role of hero in Friday's 12-10 win over ULM. The senior smacked a two-run triple to deep center in the eighth inning for the go-ahead runs in a back-and-forth Sun Belt contest at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field.

"I was just thinking to get a good piece of the ball," said Gisclair, who went 1-for-3 with two RBIs with a broken bone in his left hand and a sprained right wrist. "They threw a ball down the middle. Instead of spinning on I tried to stay through. He just left me a good pitch to drive."

Gisclair's go-ahead hit helped extend UL's winning streak to five games and knock off the Sun Belt's first-place Warhawks (20-12, 12-4 SBC). With the win, the Cajuns (17-15, 8-8) jumped up two spots to fourth in the conference standings after winning for the 11th time in their last 14 games.
