Thread: Petrino to Louisville

  1. Default Re: Petrino to Louisville

Lost in all this is Petrino is getting another high profile gig. A dispicable human being, that shouldn't be coaching in the first place. I will never pull for Louisville in any capacity or sport. If I was a fan of that school, I'd be embarrassed to have that garbage as the leader of my kids. A shame.

Nothing is official until the official announcement is made, but I will take the word from season ticket holders at Western Kentucky over internet bloggers that are suggesting Orgeron to UL and Hudspeth to Vanderbilt.
Just wondering, are you technically considered a blogger, or is it another internet term?

I publish a website that covers stories on UL sports and recruiting. I've written very few opinion pieces over 6 years of doing it, so no I don’t write a daily, weekly or monthly blog. Bloggers spend very little time in most cases doing their own filming, photos and field work.

Considering there are only about three season ticket holders at goat love U, you'd think the AD over there would care what two of them think.

Well I mean I know WHAT you do, just not what to technically call you. Like Buckley is a beat writer, what is BJ?

  9. UL Football Re: Petrino to Louisville

I gotta go and look up some old threads on the SBC Board about WKU and Patrino. Pretty much everybody was telling them that he would scram after one season in addition to him being a human pig. Their replies scoffed at such a notion as I recall some.

He is the highest profiled coach in the SBC and WKU is now the favorite to win the title.
He is a changed man, reality has humbled him, and his daughter goes to Louisville, he want to be near his family. Well he surely will be NEAR his family now.
He cannot leave after one year, his contract has too big a buy out, to big a poison pill. Apparently not big enough.

Then of course came South Alabama defeat, then the UL complete turnaround. They cannot figure out how he is losing to teams he clearly has more talent than, and is a better coach.

Anyway those are a few I recall, and it is always good to see the goat lovers squirm in agony.

You were doing so well with this ... then you just dropped the ball on the names ... let one of the java women look up the names while you are posting ... this will take you up another step closer to internet posting hall of fame!

Especially when season ticket holder #3 is the goat the other two kind of have a crush on.

    GO GLU!

Bloggers have their own "opinion" postings ... BJ provides us a website with information on recruits and all things athletic at UL. He runs the website ... let's call him "Our provider of all things good with UL", or just BJ.
