While that is technically true, none of these recruits will play a down of SBC football so they should be in the CUSA rankings.

AGAIN I love CAJUN T and the great job he does but for us not to have anything on RIVALS, 24/7, and any of the rest is just crazy---any opposing coach can use this against us----Can somebody explain why we don't have our
SID or somebody do this???? This example clearly states what my argument is ---just one look and an impression is made---This is not big time and needs to be corrected now!!!

I believe the reason given is because we are not members on their . now if you could get your java women off of you long enough to pay for a rivals membership . well, who knows, you could start seeing stars!

247 Sports accumulutive rankings after signing day are cool, before then they are not always accurate when it comes to UL because no one is writing for them to cover the Cajuns.

The problem for anyone covering UL is the size of the fanbase. Running the site, writing stories, covering camps on the road and traveling to games or events all cost money. If one can not make enough money doing it, then why would they even try. Cajun Redzone is not making a ton of money and if I wasn't doing it because I love the Ragin' Cajuns, I probably wouldn't be publishing the site today.

As far as the SID department running a recruiting site, what are you drinking today? The NCAA prohibits it and the rules change almost yearly. Boomer, since you are retired go for it. It will take someone who is willing to put in the time and money doing full time.

Also the stars are really not aligned at all ---Besides your deal all the others seem to rate the opposition higher and UL lowerThis causes me conflict with our Tulane foes!!!

Well Boomer and some others, the SBC is a recruiting graveyard, yet winning the conference, and winning three NOLA Bowls, and finishing in the top of the league for three years should provide us with enough clout to out recruit Appy State and others. So it is not the SBC that is holding us back so much as ourselves within the league.
