Dan Mullen situation

I turned on Paul feinbaum's show today and caught the tail end I a discussion about fan Mullen and PSU- that's why I ask. I hope he isn't an option.

My big Question about Dan Mullen is---Wasn't he mentioned last go around as a candidate for the PSU job---can't remember for sure but I know that there was talk on some venues??? So if mentioned before and now having taken the Bulldogs to 3 straight Bowl games in an unreal conference, Why wouldn't he be considered a top candidate???

Mullen was a lead candidate for PSU the first time around because no one wanted to touch that dumpster fire of a program. O'Brien left and trashed the university as well, but he stabilized the program and they will have better candidates this go around.
