Marquee on Congress/Bertrand

Has anyone heard of a start date on the Marquee that is going to be on the corner of West Congress and Bertrand? This 25' high by more than 40' wide bricked wall will have a $225,000+ video matrix built into it that will allow UL to sell advertisement and advertise for individual sports!

No. The problem is that we had to change the sign's electrical system, and it's just taking longer to learn the new system.
