type in ESPN, go to the bottom where it says contact us, and then submit e-mail to ESPN, Inc.

This also needs to be done with the Acadiana advocate, the glorified "baton rouge" paper. I suggest people email them and tell them u will continue to read the advertiser until they make the switch. I have already emailed several times.

Nope, 15 fn years of the name Nazis is tiresome; and to me, embarrassing. It's like Groundhog's Day.

But remember, Bill Murray never quit, eventually figured it out and won. That is what we have to do. Win.

I loved the movie Groundhog's Day, lesson to be learned there.

We continue the fight, until it's won or until the University COMPLETELY gives up. It's frustrating, yes, but I know I won't stop and it doesn't harm me in any way to continue to pursue this for my University, and I was there in 1984. It is worthy to achieve this, and has great impact. That's why it is so hard to get.

ESPN does it on purpose. Plain and simple. Mike Patrick referred to us as Southwestern Louisiana. When they continue to refer to us as Oh La La. They can do it and they don't care. To them we are a pimple on the butt of college athletics and are a subject of ridicule because we are not from the north east or the west coast. Areas of the country that obviously (to them) are more important and every body else is just in fly over country.

I agree, they do it on purpose. I'm not sure the real reason why. But, they won't change by all of us being passive about it.
Maybe this link would be a good place to let them know.

    Just submit a correction.

The bolded term popped into my head as I was headed back to the office after lunch. Can anyone compile the pictures and a brief write-up of what has been going on? You see facebook pages with 'likes' in the millions. Maybe someone can start a page calling out ESPN for what they are doing. It's the new way of doing things and can maybe light a fire in both the administration and ESPN's ___.

I hate when they do the oh la la or u la la bullcrap. You take time to call us that but you won't take time to call us Louisiana. Mike Patrick calling us Southwestern Louisiana, come on man where have you been?
