Go ahead and patronize me, vanilla offense and praying McGuire can make something happen.

Don't use tight ends. Don't throw over the middle unless it's 3rd and very long. Predictable formations that force us to try and get cute and shoot ourselves in the foot.

No sense of urgency with 2 timeouts left and almost 2 min before half. Tulane knows what we're doing and we're ok with it. No adjustments.

What's really wild is we thrive on McGuire making a spectacular play, yet he's not even on the field on a crucial 3rd and long? Just wow.

Maybe Tulane is just that good. My hats off to them!
