The Left Coast. San Francisco, CA
I am also on the left coast.. of Africa. (I also live in the other left coast.. the peoples republic of California) Anyway, could not get the video or audio feed so I watched the 4th quarter on the game tracker. (then I went to breakfast happy, but wired up)
Express was being a nurse, but his ticket was punched and the seat was accounted for, and filled with someone wearing red.
At home in Greensboro, NC. and watched the game and loved every second of it.
And all of you remote folks and even local folks that couldn't make it to the game, but truly would have enjoyed being there if you could... or even those that don't want to be, or can't be, in the crowd and just prefer watching or listening at home... you are all important fans of the Cajun nation. All of you. Keep promoting, enjoying, watching, going, writing, talking, yelling, cheering, complaining, buying a shirt, a hat, giving something UL to a friend, your child, your parent... just keep participating in your way.
We are all worthy fans. I may love the old guy sitting in his favorite chair at the assisted living center... yelling at the radio or TV at how the Cajuns should have run a bubble screen... "You dumb damn coaches!"... most of all. Sitting there in his Ragin Cajun hat. Love em. Love em all.
Each and every one of all of us are worthy fans. Even the "apparently" most negative fan... for whatever reason he or she comes across as negative. Every person wasn't born "happy go lucky". Some people have life trials that took that away.
It isn't up to us that see the glass half full to tell them they aren't welcome. It is our place to offer them some of the contents of our glass.
