Ragin' Cajuns planning upgrade to athletic facilities

Louisiana Athletic Director Scott Farmer knew the Ragin’ Cajuns facilities were in desperate need of a makeover.

He also knew the scope of the projects — some to modernize, some to help coaches in recruiting, at least one to prevent potential legal problems, the rest to rectify decades of neglect — would involve more financial resources than the program had any hopes of raising.

I agree completely with this. But.... In the last paragraph of the story, Farmer is already weaseling on Tier 2; talking about how it is too early to give any timeline.... Typical.
